How do I register a colleague for the conference who is with my institution/organization but does not have a Member Compass account?

• Please send your colleague this link to create a Member Compass account under your institution/organization. 
• After creating their account, you should see their name under the drop-down menu for your institution and can register them for the conference. 

How do I register someone for the conference who is not within my institution/organization and does not have a Member Compass account?

• Ask that person to create a Member Compass account with this link
• Contact CUMU and ask them to add that person to your family tree

I am a community partner of a CUMU member institution, and I need to register for a members-only event. What should I do?

• First, create a Member Compass account with this link
• Then, contact CUMU and ask to add your organization to the CUMU member campus’ family tree. Once this step is completed, all members of the partner organization will receive member benefits. 

What is Member Compass?

• Member Compass is a member portal that CUMU has recently rolled out to help our members and other participants streamline their involvement with us. We will share more information soon as we implement more features within the member portal.
