Join us for our first Anchor Learning Network (ALN) 2026 meeting. Whether you have already submitted your 2026 ALN application or are simply exploring whether this group might be right for you, this session is the perfect place to start. Together, we’ll introduce the ALN program, connect with fellow members, and dive into the 2026 ALN theme: workforce development and the anchor mission.
We will be joined by Dr. Jennifer Kebea, who will share insights on how workforce development is central to higher education’s anchor role. From preparing students for meaningful careers, to hiring locally, to addressing regional workforce needs, Dr. Kebea will highlight how institutions can make intentional, positive impacts in their communities.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dr. Jennifer Kebea is a mission-driven leader dedicated to advancing equitable opportunities for young and emerging talent. As president of Campus Philly, she leads a nationally recognized nonprofit that fuels inclusive economic growth by empowering diverse college students and recent graduates to explore, live, and work in Greater Philadelphia.
Dr. Kebea’s career has consistently focused on the intersection of education, civic engagement, and community impact. Before her current role, Jen was executive director of Drexel University’s Lindy Center for Civic Engagement. Jen has also served as faculty at Drexel, teaching in graduate programs focused on higher education and nonprofit leadership.
